Whole30 Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken

This flavorful grilled chicken dish is a great choice for a Whole30-compliant meal.   • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Press Farms Classic Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


    • In a small bowl, whisk together the Fresh Press Farms Classic Olive Oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper.
    • Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag.
    • Pour the marinade over the chicken, seal the bag, and massage the marinade into the chicken to ensure it's well coated.
    • Refrigerate the chicken for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours, to allow the flavors to meld and the chicken to marinate.
    • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
    • Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
    • Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the middle.
    • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
