Whole30 Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Fresh Press Farms Classic Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Fresh Press Farms Classic Olive Oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken, seal the bag, and massage the marinade into the chicken to ensure it's well coated.
- Refrigerate the chicken for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours, to allow the flavors to meld and the chicken to marinate.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the middle.
