15–20 habanero peppers

Instructions

Prep the peppers: Wash thoroughly, remove the stems, and roughly chop. (Optional: remove seeds to reduce bitterness.)

Sauté: Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add chopped peppers, cover, and cook—stirring occasionally—until softened, about 8 minutes.

Add garlic: Stir in minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes.

Simmer: Add peach cider vinegar, sugar, and salt. Bring to a gentle simmer, cover, and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
