Our farm in Georgia is home to over 2 million olive trees. Only olive trees. We cold press them in our very own mill in the middle of our olive groves and bottle them on site, allowing us to bring you the freshest possible oil - for the very best taste and nutritional benefits. Great bold flavor

I love the rich flavor of this oil and use it interchangeably with the Classic for everything--dressing salad, sauteing and roasting vegetables, and even dipping bread.
