Sunflower Oil (High Oleic)

Our farm in Georgia is home to long, hot summers, and that’s just what Sunflowers (aptly named!) need to thrive. We source our sunflowers locally, then press them onsite in the same way we cold press our olives. This gentle process takes longer, but a healthier oil is always worth the wait. We start with only high oleic sunflower seeds, which are proven to benefit cardiovascular health. All oils are not created equal - that’s what makes us Fresh Press Farms.
