Fresh Bruschetta makes the perfect appetizer! To bring out all the flavors in this recipe, we chose our cold pressed Bold Olive Oil, which we also used to make crispy crostini.
- 2 large tomatoes
- Half of a red onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup of fresh basil
- 5 tbsp. Fresh Press Farms Bold Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- Chop tomatoes, red onion, garlic and basil and add to small bowl.
- Add olive oil and vinegars to bowl and mix together.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
For best flavor, allow to rest in refrigerator overnight.
